Hensteeth is the mobile headquarters of the Winter Court. It can be in the Hedge or the mortal realm. Like a circle of tiny white mushrooms, it can pop up anywhere, virtually overnight. Security is tight, but almost invisible: homeless people stare, hollow-eyed and unshaven from stoops and alleyways, taking in every detail. Everyday shoppers and pedestrians could be ensorcelled mortals, uninformed mortals who think they’re working for the drug lords, changelings with their Masks up, Second Masks, fae constructs, or completely illusory. Nobody is who they seem.

Hensteeth can show up anywhere, even on lands claimed by other Courts. Right now, it’s in an abandoned Art Deco hotel called “The Astro” in South Beach, just a few blocks from the Holocaust Memorial.
